Have you ever...
Fashioned a character after a famous gvg player?
Back in the Last Pride [EviL]days, I made a monk that looked exactly like Soul Wedding. I copied his armor, weapon sets, dye color, character avatar, and even some of his play styles (ex. spamming blessed signet even if i had a full bar of energy). I even tried copying the same attributes he had during a gvg match. I use to think he was the absolute best monk in the game back in the old days.

I have never modeled a character after someone else, but I have seen someone who made a character that looked exactly like Racthoh and even had almost the exact same name. oO

No but I've seen a name I used back when MUDs were new and were the game ( after Adventure and around just pre-Zork) ....alone with pong

The name was used around 1989ish was Balthazar. It was a mod on Baltazar and was an ancient mid east name..biblical times. The name was used by me up til I left muds for GW around 3 years ago.

The original Balthazar was a warrior to..then a mage. Loved that name and got alot of comments on it.

Nuh, but there's a certain Nightfall Necromancer hair+face that looks exactly like Halle Berry, which i normally used for PvP.

Have you ever collected a stack of random items? ----um i haven't collected a stack of Evennias secret letters. lol they stack i kept abandonning quest and talking to her. I have a OCD i swear - obsessive collecting disorder. I now have a stack of Alkars destroyer acid things and also 3 stacks of iris flowers.

One of my guildies has like over 2000 juicy hecket legs (or more). It's a joke, now. We all take "She Hungers" and go do the froggy dungeon.

I spent a whole day getting my necro to places for specific armor sets to match a combo I saw for a fleeting second in ToA.

I'm guilty of the opposite. When I made my monk (she's Proph), I took a look around and went "...all the Proph monks have the two-bun hairstyle!" and made sure I didn't pick that hairstyle. And if the 'common' hairstyle was really the only thing I could find that fit the image I wanted, I tried to get it in a different colour/combination. (It cheers me up that I've seen loads of light-skinned dervishes, and loads of dark-skinned silver-haired/dark-haired dervishes, but not a dark-skinned blonde dervish.)

This is MY game, I AM the one who is playing it, not some random dude half the way across the world. I couldn't careless about how some GW "addicts" play GW, maybe it's a source of inspiration for some players, but not me though, I hate copying.
